GLASS-Jack GL-CC 600

Manipulator for handling large-format glass elements in combination with a mini crane or telescopic forklift truck

The OKTOPUS® GLASS-Jack GL-CC 600 DES is designed for handling large-sized glass panes and window elements up to a maximum weight of 600 kg. It is equipped with a 2-circuit vacuum system for use on construction sites according to DIN EN 13155. The quick-change battery cassette allows batteries to be replaced within seconds.

Specific adapters allow it to be flanged to the jib of various mini crane and loader crane models (provided by the customer), thus enabling glazing in hard-to-reach areas. The suction frame can be hydraulically swivelled by 120°, electrically rotated endlessly by 360° and also electrically tilted by ± 35° to the left or right.

A special adapter with integrated hydraulic drives that are independent of the hoist and the OKTOPUS® GL-CC 600 DES (side lift: ± 100 mm left/right, telescopic boom: 300 mm forward/back) makes it possible to operate the OKTOPUS® GL-CC 600 DES together with a telescopic forklift.
All functions are controlled by radio remote control.
