Vacuum lifting device for use on the construction site with manual turning and swivelling function

Due to the various configuration options of the OKTOPUS® GLASS-Jack GL-KN 1000, the vacuum lifter can be adapted to different pane formats. Extension arms allow the handling of even large-area elements up to a maximum weight of 1000 kg. The optionally available lowering cylinder enables the load to be lowered gently and without jerks. The blow-off device, which is also available as an option, facilitates and accelerates the release of aspirated glass.

In order to be able to manipulate curved glass panes with the OKTOPUS® GLASS-Jack GL-KN 1000, a special suction adapter was developed. It enables the manipulation of convex or concave curved glass panes with a radius of at least 2000 mm. With its total of 16 suction plates, the suction cup adapter can safely lift and transport loads of up to 800 kg. The total weight of the OKTOPUS® GLASS-Jack GL-KN 1000 with mounted adapter for curved glass panes is 180 kg.
